1- عمل التصميم على الكمبيوتر ومن ثم ربط الماكينة بالكمبيوتر او الفلاش لتبدأ العمل.

2- التحكم بالقص والحفر من خلال التحكم بقوة الليزر.

3- كلما زادت قوة الليزر زاد الحفر إلى أن يصل للقص.
